Judy Knox is a retired high school teacher who writes inspirational Christian books, blog posts, and devotionals. She always loved writing but began pursuing it seriously after her husband passed away in 2012.
Originally from the Midwest, Judy began escaping to Arizona each winter in 2015 and became a year-round resident of FOS in 2017. Her son and daughter (both married) and six grandchildren still live in the Chicago area. She hopes eventually they will all relocate in a southwesterly direction. Although she would like more time with her family, she delights in the warm Arizona weather and her active life in Fountain of the Sun. She especially enjoyed leading the Joy of Writing group in producing The Deadly Water Hazard.
In addition to writing, she learned to play the cello at age 72 and performs occasionally with smaller groups. She is a 2021 graduate of Charis Bible College in Phoenix and teaches Bible study groups in her home. Her two books, A Widow’s Might, and Dewdrops of Grace (devotionals) are available on Amazon at http://amzn.to/2mXr9Gy
